1. Actualizing your (birth) dreams – Home Birth

In person one on one or online. Designed to help you identify your deepest desires of home birth, create an ideal birth plan and the tools to actualize it.

2. Following your intuition in childbirth

In person one on one or online. Discover your intuition and allow yourself to trust it to guide you in motherhood. You know your body and mind in a way that no one else does. Gosia will empower you to lean into your instincts.

3. Working through birth trauma

In person one-on-one or online. I wish every mother was happy with their birth and was left with nothing but peace after delivering. Unfortunately, 1 in 3 women experience trauma related to their birthing experience. This is your time to heal. GosiA creates an atmosphere of love and acceptance, in which you can share your birth experience, your feelings towards it and the effects it has had on you. Gosia will guide you to a place where the memories of your birth are no longer painful.

4. First days with a newborn

In person one-on-one or online. For mothers needing support in early stages of motherhood. The birth of a new baby will undoubtedly affect the trajectory of your life. If you feel as though you can’t confide in anyone about the difficulties you are experiencing, I welcome you to share these experiences with me. This session is designed with compassion as a central element in which you can share thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to say out loud. I will provide you the tools to help you feel confident in motherhood.

These are my most popular packages, if there is a topic you’d like guidance on, please contact me.

What women are saying:

The swaddle ceremony was a day long, compact experience of many gems of self reflection and lessons that will be unpacked and resolved over time. As well as a celebration of self, womanhood and motherhood. An opportunity to feel cared for while working through whatever you want and need to, in order to step into motherhood or any new chapter in life. It gave me a renewed sense of trust in other women, mothers and myself. It gave me the opportunity to be vulnerable with strong, supportive women who modeled what a mother could be, in a way I have never been able to. As with everything, you will get out of it what you put in, and I recommend going in with an intent of what you want to gain from it by self honestly facing yourself and harsh truth more deeply, while giving yourself and flaws grace, so you can be accountable and learn and grow in reality.
